- Enfor - Enfor provides accurate and reliable forecasts, data analysis, model building, control and optimization for the energy sector, which is the background for bidding, optimal scheduling, simulations and analysis. Enfor was established in 2006, and a result of research activities related to energy systems, artificial intelligence, statistics, advanced modeling and forecasting techniques, which has been carried out at Danish Technical University (DTU) in Copenhagen for the past twenty years. www.enfor.eu

- Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation (Hiveld) - A strategic alliance and exclusive supply agreement to the key vanadium compound and manufacturing of the electrolyte. Hiveld produces 30% of the world's vanadium supply. www.highveldsteel.co.za

- NORAM Engineering & Constructors Ltd. - NORAM is providing services regarding development work on the 5kW x 4 hour VRB-ESS and further enhancements to system optimization and performance of large VRB-ESS's. - RWE npower PLC - a leading integrated UK energy business and subsidiary to German based parent company RWE AG. RWE npower operates and manages a flexible portfolio of power stations and is a market leader in renewable energy development. VRB Power has entered into an exclusive license agreement and has acquired all the related physical assets and inventory surrounding the Regenesys electricity storage technology. - Electrosynthesis Company Inc. - Electrosynthesis is under contract to provide services regarding the continuous development and optimization of the Regenesys and VRB technologies. Offering expertise in electrochemical technology, Electrosynthesis Company, Inc. began as an R&D and consulting firm in 1977. - Sumitomo Electric Industries (SEI) - has been developing the VRB technology for approximately 10 years, including development of the 42kW cell stack. In the past 5 years, SEI has completed 16 operational VRB systems in Japan which include peak shaving, utility and renewable energy storage applications.
